We built our business model so that cooking oil collection can be offered at zero cost to restaurants. You generate the oil as a byproduct of your kitchen operations and instead of paying someone to haul it away, we pick it up at no charge as part of our full-service grease management program. You also receive a free container, digital manifests, and full compliance documentation. For the majority of our restaurant customers, the entire relationship is completely free. The only paid services we offer are grease trap cleaning and emergency overflow response.
None. We built our pricing model to be the opposite of the confusing, fee-laden invoices that traditional grease haulers are known for. There are no trip fees, no fuel surcharges, no environmental fees, no administrative charges, and no container rental costs. If you ever see a charge from us, it will be for a service you explicitly requested and approved in advance — typically grease trap cleaning or emergency response. We are transparent about pricing because we know the industry has earned a terrible reputation for surprise charges, and we refuse to operate that way. What we quote is what you pay, and for oil pickup, the quote is zero dollars.
We work with kitchens of all sizes, from high-volume fry-heavy restaurants down to cafes with a single fryer. For smaller volumes, we may recommend a biweekly or monthly pickup schedule instead of weekly, which ensures your container does not sit full for too long while still being efficient for our route. There is no minimum volume requirement to qualify for free pickup. Whether you produce twenty gallons a week or two hundred, we will set up a schedule that matches your output. If your volume is very low, we can also provide a smaller container that takes up less space in your kitchen or storage area.
Grease trap cleaning is quoted at a flat rate based on two factors: the size of your trap and how often you want it cleaned. We provide a free assessment and quote before any work begins, so you know exactly what you are paying upfront. Most restaurant traps fall into a standard size range that keeps pricing straightforward. We offer both one-time cleanings and recurring service plans at intervals that match your local health department requirements. Recurring customers receive priority scheduling and consistent pricing with no annual increases during their service period. There are no trip charges, pump fees, or disposal surcharges added to your quote.

If you operate multiple restaurant locations, we offer route-optimized scheduling that reduces our operational costs, and we pass those savings along to you in the form of priority service and preferred scheduling windows. For grease trap cleaning across multiple locations, we provide volume-based pricing that lowers your per-location cost as you add more sites to your service plan. Multi-location customers also receive a single point of contact for all their locations, consolidated reporting in their dashboard, and the ability to manage all sites from one account.
